Swimming is not only fun but it is the perfect aerobic exercise. Exercising in the water offers incomparable benefits and is worth giving yourself the opportunity to discover.

 

Anyone - and at any age - can start swimming to improve their overall health. Swimming is a good low-intensity exercise for the whole body in people with arthritis, musculoskeletal or weight limitations.

Why you should start swimming right away:

 

  • 1) Swimming is anti-aging
