The "Y Fitness Innovations" Studio was founded in 2020 with the aim of offering something new, different, innovative and fresh in the field of fitness. With a lot of love we created original exercise premises that combine the pleasant environment with the ideal exercises.

All our programs are designed with the main concern of safety, progress and satisfaction of your needs in mind and we ensure this through the wide variety of exercises we provide, the modern and functional equipment that we incorporate in our programs as well as the creation of small working groups.

At "Y Fitness Innovations" we have covered half the space with a sand floor in order to increase the intensity of the members' workouts, but also to minimize the stress on the joints that may exist in the stable environment such as the fixed floor or the ground.

All participants in the gym have the opportunity to try themselves in the sand room. While it looks like a more relaxed environment that can bring beach thoughts, it actually makes traditional training much more difficult.

The resistance produced by the tiny particles of sand fully activates an exercise routine more effectively. For example, the floor really moves with each athlete. As athletes perform activities such as burpees, jumping jacks or push-ups, they push the sand in different directions - instead of pushing on solid ground.

This gym, located in Paleo Faliro, decided to bring the outdoor areas directly to an indoor space, to give its guests a stronger workout and a special experience that you will not find anywhere else in Greece!

It is the first Fitness Studio in Greece until now that dares to put sand indoors. Giannis Stinis designed it to combine the sense of style with a modern space for training and revitalization of the members.

Being in the heart of the Southern Suburbs, it is the perfect place to work out after a long day.
