Giannis Stinis is a professor of physical education and sports, a graduate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science (T.E.F.A.A.). For 18 years he was a swimming champion at Panhellenic and Pan-European level and at the level of pre-National and National team.

He developed his level of knowledge with additional training seminars in the field of swimming training and water skiing, functional training, spinning and first aid cardiopulmonary resuscitation and rescue. He has also been certified in America (San Diego) by large and innovative companies in new Fitness equipment.

He started his coaching career in competitive swimming teams where he coached the athletes in the pool track as well as the strengthening in the gym. At the same time, he trained people with special needs (PWD).

Wanting to specialize even more in the field of personal training, he started working in a large chain of gyms both in Europe and in Greece. In 2015 he became the main representative for American innovative fitness equipment for Greece and Europe.

In 2020 he founded Y Fitness Innovations, a special and unique place in P. Faliro, where he co-hosts the innovations he introduces (and not only).
